Dr Jack Doogan
Chiropractic was not Jack's first choice, previously working in construction Jack suffered a workplace injury that changed the course of his career. From this experience Jack has learnt the difficulties of chronic pain, the trials of rehabilitation and the overall complexity within the human body – how it operates and heals over time.
Dr Jack has a clinical interest and extra training in headaches, jaw pain, neck pain, strength and conditioning and prenatal/ postnatal exercise and rehabilitation. Previously being a ‘Tradie’ Jack understands the nature of the industry and the troubles, aches and pains that come along with it.
As a current serving member of Sports Chiropractic Australia, Jack has a long history of working with multiple sporting teams at a grass roots, state and national level. ensuring athletes have access to reputable healthcare to assist them in preparation or competition.
Prior to opening Crest, Jack worked in several practices in QLD and WA. He came back to his roots south of the river to open Crest, a space that prioritises patients’ needs whilst providing a cost effective, evidence based and efficient means of getting people back to doing what they would rather be doing.
Outside the clinic Jack can be found spending time with his partner, working with local football clubs, catching up with friends and studying. Jack along with his partner Sarah are avid adventurers and love exploring the rugged expanses of the Australian outback. They’ve lapped the continent once and look to do it again soon.

“We started Crest because we wanted to work together with our clients, not against them”
Dr Sarah Nguyen
Dr Sarah has always had a passion for natural health and healing; and her holistic perspective and desire to help others led her to Chiropractic. She has a keen interest and a strong belief in preventative therapies and lifestyle changes, such as nutrition and exercise and always knew she wanted to help people in a hands-on and practical way.
After completing her studies at Murdoch University graduating with her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic, she travelled and work in a variety of holistic wellness based chiropractic clinics in Queensland, finally returning home to create Crest Chiropractic with her partner Dr Jack.
Sarah believes that each person has a different journey to wellness and it is important to educate each person about how to keep their body as happy and healthy as it can be. With experience working with WA state league Football and Rugby teams, she has gained valuable skills with athletes and experienced firsthand how Chiropractic can optimise performance. Sarah encourages her clients that the best care often requires a multi-disciplinary approach and incorporates her knowledge of nutrition and rehab to optimise outcomes and a human’s ability to heal!
Outside of the clinic, Sarah loves all things at the beach and in the water, and you can find her down by Mettams swimming, diving and snorkelling, or at the local pool teaching swimming lessons.
